Itis well known that installation and commissioning are crucial if someone wantsto use outdoor LED displays correctly, and we have to mention the importance ofsteel structure work.

Itis very different to install an outdoor LED display screen and an outdoor,because of the brightness and installation environment, the outdoor led displayusually requires a larger area and be installed in a more conspicuous place,otherwise it won't attract much attention, and difficult to see clearly byeyes. In addition, the structure design of the LED display screen should take 4factors into consideration as below.

       1. Easy installation and maintenance:needs special designs, such as maintenance channels, cable passages, etc.

       2. Reliability: combine with the actualsituation of the site, to balance each force fulcrum, the structure bearingcapacity should be greater than 20% of the weight of the display body itself.

       3. Integrity: audio, exhaust fans, airconditioners, etc., edging area of the outer structure, lightning protectionfacilities, which as ancillary equipment should be considered in the earlystage of the design structure. Except for quality and practicality, theappearance should also be beautiful and comfortable.

       4. flatness: it is necessary tocompletely combine the structural surface frame and the installation box of thedisplay screen. During welding, the flatness of the welding must be guaranteed.

Reminder:The outdoor column LED display may have some potential dangers after usingseveral years. It is necessary to regularly check and maintain the mainstructure of the screen, and do a good job of rust prevention on the steelcomponents, so as to ensure the reliability of display quality.
